Massage Therapy designed to help you
move better, feel better, and live better.

Services Offered:

At Raffi’s Rehab, every massage session is designed specifically to your needs. I draw from a wide range of techniques to create a massage that fits your goals. Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, targeted pain relief, or improved mobility, each session is intentionally designed to help you feel better in your body and move with ease.

The most common techniques I use are:
-Swedish: or Classical massage is the most well known style of massage. It is designed to promote relaxation and improve circulation by using smooth, flowing strokes. The work typically moves towards the heart using long gliding motions, gentle kneading, and rhythmic tapping. Pressure is usually light to moderate and helps reduce surface level tension. This technique is designed for stress relief and easing mild muscle tension.
-Deep Tissue Massage: focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. A lot of technique arrive from Swedish massage, except pressure is applied more slowly and deeper. This technique is used to help release tight areas and break up adhesions. Sensation can be intense at times, but the work should always feel controlled and therapeutic. This approach is well suited for those experiencing chronic pain.
-Myofascial Release: targets the fascia (connective tissue) that surrounds muscles, organs, and joints. This technique often uses sustained pressure and slow stretching to release restriction in the fascial system. This is especially effective for areas of chronic tension.
-Assisted Stretching: involves gently guiding the body through stretches while remaining relaxed. This allows for deeper, more effective stretching than you might achieve on your own without straining the joints. Assisted stretching is ideal for improving flexibility, relieving joint tension, enhancing athletic performance, and supporting recovery from physical activity.

I take the most pride in as a massage therapist is providing my "healing touch". Massage therapy is more than just applying pressure to muscles; it is understanding the body, listening to the client, and knowing how to combine all the different techniques that are out there in a way that best serves the individual. Every session is meant to feel personalized, intentional, and effective.I specialize in blending multiple techniques together within a single session to maximize the benefit that my client can receive when I work on them. Whether it is Swedish massage, trigger point work, stretching, myofascial release, or deep tissue work, it all gets blended together to maximize the effectiveness of the overall session. I adapt my work based on what the client is feeling and wants that day.
